Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Walton H.S. Volleyball Tryouts

"No Refund" policy All fees are non-refundable upon registration or acceptance of a roster spot, covering expenses for tournaments, coaches, and facility rentals. Fees are typically not refunded due to injury, illness, player withdrawal, or team cancellation. Commitment Obligation: Once a spot is offered and/or a deposit paid, the family is responsible for the entire season's cost. Non-Transferable: Fees generally cannot be transferred to another player or future seasons. Injury/Illness: No refunds or credits are typically issued if a player misses games or leaves due to injury or illness. Uniforms/Apparel: Purchases are usually final sale.
